About Us Advantage Auto Group is looking for motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives to join our growing team. Position Description As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a critical role in the sales process by generating appointments and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, respond to customer inquiries, and help guide potential buyers through the early stages of their vehicle purchase journey. This is a performance-based role , where success is driven by your ability to connect with customers, set quality appointments, and contribute to overall dealership sales. High performers will have the opportunity to maximize their earnings and grow within the organization.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and schedule sales appointments Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using provided scripts and templates Provide customers with initial product and dealership information Direct customers to the appropriate sales team members or departments Present initial financing options based on customer needs Follow up with leads who are not ready to book an appointment or who missed scheduled appointments Participate in team meetings and process improvement sessions Build and maintain strong relationships with teammates, sales staff, and management Accurately track all customer interactions using the CRM system daily
