Sales Consultant responsibilities include:

Complete extensive training regarding the product line Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions including running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales At Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln we take pride in being a trusted, family friendly and professional car dealership, with a pledge to deliver excellent customer care across all of our locations.
