Naperville, IL Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $120,000 - $300,000 a year 17 hours ago Qualifications Construction sales Outdoor work Lead generation Canvassing for sales campaigns Door-to-door Customer site (as sales environment) Full Job Description Are you a proven door-to-door closer who already knows how to generate leads, build rapport fast, and get homeowners to take action? We're looking for experienced storm restoration sales professionals who can hit the ground running with little hand-holding. If you've sold roofing, siding, solar, alarms, windows, pest control, or other D2D products , and you know how to work neighborhoods, overcome objections, and create opportunity—this is for you.
What You'll Do:
Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods Identify potential roof, siding, gutter, and exterior storm damage opportunities Educate homeowners on the claims/restoration process Set inspections and secure signed agreements Work with our internal claims/construction team to move deals through the pipeline Build and manage your own territory like a business
What We're Looking For:
Door-to-door sales experience
REQUIRED
Storm restoration / roofing / insurance claims experience strongly preferred Strong communication and confidence at the door Self-motivated hunters—not order takers Ability to handle rejection and keep moving Reliable transportation Professional appearance Available to work full-time and aggressively
Compensation:
BIG COMMISSION. NO CAP.
Top closers can earn $10,000-$30,000+ per month Comp structure may include: High commission per signed deal Additional bonuses for funded/closed jobs Performance incentives Fast payouts If you're used to making serious money , this is built for you.
