As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Mechdyne, you will join a structured, performance-focused development pathway designed to teach how professional technical sales actually works . You will receive formal sales training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on experience working with real customers, complex technical environments, and consultative sales engagements. This is not a high-volume, transactional SDR role. It is the first step in a clearly defined progression into Technical Sales Consultant positions, where you will work directly with clients on complex problems, contribute to solution design, and support long-cycle, high-value opportunities. No previous sales experience is required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, take feedback seriously, and perform consistently. What You Will Do Your primary objective is to learn how to sell professionally, confidently, and consultatively within a technical environment. With training and mentoring, you will learn to: Execute structured prospecting strategies across email, phone, and digital channels. Develop a disciplined, repeatable sales approach based on best-practice methodologies. Hold confident, high-quality discovery conversations with business and technical stakeholders.
