Job Description Internet/BDC/Sales Golf Mill Ford has immediate openings for BDC Call Representatives. We are a high-volume dealership that offers a large number of leads to work with. This is a full-time position. We will set you up for success! Prior experience in sales is preferred, but not required. If you are highly motivated, seeking an opportunity with unlimited earning potential, and interested in being part of a solid team, we want to meet you. Compensation starting at $65,000-$90,000. Earning is based on performance. Salary + bonus + commission. Come join our team! Experience & Requirements
- Previous BDC/phone/sales experience a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills—written, phone and email
- Internet savvy and strong computer proficiency
- Highly organized and deadline driven
- Excellent follow up skills
- VIN Solution CRM experience a Plus
