Act as the final point of escalation for complex customer or regulatory issues related to the insurance agency. III. Partner & Carrier Management Manage sales and operational relationships with all third-party P&C insurance carriers and partners. Conduct regular KPI analysis and business reviews with carrier partners to optimize performance, manage commissions, and identify new product opportunities.
