Sales Representative - Hispanic Market Focus

Area:

Dayton & Cincinnati OH What we need: We are looking for an individual to perform sales in supermarkets and restaurants by making cold calls and visits. This person must have a strong motivation to succeed and be able to work well in a team-oriented environment committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish Driver's License Wholesale meat/food industry experience (Hispanic products) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Great persuasive and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills Must have the ability to drive to IN once a month.
