HVAC Sales Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team at Public HVAC Solutions . This hybrid role includes handling in-store and phone sales, assisting with office tasks, and supporting marketing efforts. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle phone/email inquiries Provide HVAC equipment recommendations and quotes based on customer needs Process orders and manage inventory records using our sales system Assist with daily office tasks including filing, scheduling, and customer follow-ups Support marketing activities such as managing social media, email marketing, and online product listings Communicate with vendors and coordinate logistics for shipments and deliveries Maintain organized customer records and help with warranty registration Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient with computers and software (Excel, Gmail, social media, etc.) Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative work preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus (training provided) Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission Pay Structure Salary based on experience Commission on sales and performance bonuses Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company
