Experienced Car Salesperson

Napleton's Palatine Mazda is looking for Spanish and Ukrainian speaking Retail Sales Associate. We offer excellent benefits, aggressive pay, and generous bonuses. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will receive training for certification from our Manufacturers as well as support and training from the in-store Management team. Most of our Managers have been grown in house from Sales Associates to Management and offer years of experience to guide you on your road to success. Retail Sales Associates have access to several lead generating sites as well as an advanced CRM tool to assist in producing sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain an expertise level of product knowledge for customer demonstration Work the CRM tool for a high level of sales effectiveness Assist customers in the completion of their applicable sales documents Follow sales process as defined by management Build a successful referral network Complete Manufacturer specific training as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Strong negotiation skills Quality customer service skills Good sales and/or customer service track record Authorized to work in the US Must have a valid driver's license Bilingual is a plus
