Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Sales Representative - Cricket Wireless

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right wireless products and services in Spanish.
• Educate customers on available plans, features, and devices, ensuring they understand their options.
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including activating new lines, upgrading devices, and handling payments.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
• Proactively follow up with customers to build relationships, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication skills).
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the wireless industry, is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer concerns effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
