Full Job Description The Position:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts by selling a comprehensive range of packaging products, including packaging machinery, void fill solutions, foam packaging, corrugated boxes, stretch wrap, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, strong knowledge of industrial or packaging products, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. Prior Capital Equipment sales experience is a plus.The Company:

Competitive base pay ($54-80k commensurate with experience) plus commission and bonus opportunities for unlimited earning potential.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience; experience or knowledge of the packaging industry is a plus. At least 1 year of CRM experience (Salesforce CRM experience preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills. Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills. A driven, "hunter" mindset with strong prospecting and follow-up abilities. Ability to negotiate and gain commitment from clients. Valid Driver's License. Positive attitude & self-starter who can work alone and collaboratively to achieve company goals.Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct customer site visits to assess packaging needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions and equipment. Present and demonstrate packaging machinery and supply products, articulating the value and ROI to customers. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the customer and company. Collaborate with customer service, operations, and service techs to ensure successful order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Benefits:
