Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a
Premium Experience:
Engage with customers and understand their needs, guiding them through the selection of the perfect Lincoln vehicle that fits their lifestyle.
Provide Expert Knowledge:
Showcase the premium features, technology, and performance of Lincoln models, providing a first-class consultation.
Test Drive Coordination:
Arrange and conduct test drives, allowing customers to experience the luxury and innovation of Lincoln firsthand. Complete the
Sales Process:
Manage the full sales cycle from initial interaction to closing the sale, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Nurture Customer Relationships:
Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals. Collaborate with the
Team:
Work alongside our sales management team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Stay Updated:
Keep up-to-date with the latest Lincoln models, features, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in
Automotive Sales:
Previous experience in luxury car sales is preferred, but not required. A passion for high-end vehicles is essential!
Customer-Focused:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and deliver a premium, personalized experience.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with modern sales software and proficient in calculating financing options and payment plans.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially in building rapport over the phone and in-person. Bilingual Skills (a Plus): Proficiency in more than one language helps us serve our diverse customer base. A Passion for
