Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing orders from start to finish, and supporting a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person. Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide product recommendations. Maintain accurate order details, proofs, and timelines in our order management system. Communicate with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, and shipping. Follow up on open quotes and reorders to drive repeat business. Work closely with production staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule. Handle post-order service including delivery coordination, billing questions, and issue resolution. Support marketing efforts, client outreach, and promotional campaigns as needed. Assist other team members as needed Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service in the promotional products and/or custom apparel industry is required Experience with Printavo is a plus Experience with Corel Draw is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and order-entry software. A team player who can multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment.
