Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet individual customer needs. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure optimal vehicle availability and presentation. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records. Skills Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Exceptional negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities—bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for accurate calculations and reporting. Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments. Customer service-oriented mindset with outstanding phone etiquette and outbound sales capabilities. Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting requiring multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
