What You'll Do:
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our sales team while learning every aspect of the wholesale sales process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Process wholesale orders from entry through delivery. Assist Sales Representatives with quotes, sales orders, and customer requests. Build relationships with wholesale customers through phone, email, and text communication. Maintain accurate customer information and sales records. Update product availability, pricing, and freight information. Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor inventory and communicate product availability. Prepare customer documentation, catalogs, and sales materials. Assist with onboarding new wholesale accounts. Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team members. Complete daily cash drawer balancing and checkout reports when needed. Maintain internal documentation and electronic records. Monitor open sales orders and proactively communicate updates to customers. Gather and maintain product information including specifications, images, shipping details, and warranty information. Support sales events and additional projects as assigned.
