Depending on the level of involvement and the tier of coordination or planning required for each individual event, the compensation will range from $350 to $1,950 per event (floor-captain, day of coordinator, full time planner) Event Sales /

Additional commission for each client who books following your tour (separate from coordinating commission, calculated based on the total contract amount) Job Summary The Wedding Venue Coordinator ensures seamless wedding execution by managing logistics, communicating with clients and vendors, and overseeing event-day operations while upholding all venue policies. The Event Sales & Tour Specialist role focuses on welcoming prospective clients, showcasing the estate, and supporting the overall sales process. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for couples throughout the planning process. Coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance with all venue requirements. Plan and oversee ceremonies, timelines, and custom floor plans. Manage event setup, monitor schedules, and ensure smooth transitions throughout the day. Oversee on-site operations and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Ensure proper post-event cleanup and adherence to venue guidelines. Conduct guided venue tours for prospective clients, offering detailed information about the estate, services, and available spaces. Qualifications Previous experience in event coordination is required. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; excellent grammar is essential. Professional business attire is required at all times. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and in high-pressure environments. Proficiency with iMac, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required. Knowledge of Canva is an advantage (training can be provided). Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during events is required.
