Just helping people find the motorcycle they'll love. What You'll Do is Build Relationships Welcome every guest like family. Learn each customer's riding experience, goals, and lifestyle. Listen first and recommend second. Build trust through honesty and product knowledge. Create customers for life—not one-time transactions. Guide the Experience Help customers compare motorcycles based on their riding needs. Conduct walk-arounds that educate rather than "sell." Arrange and coordinate demo rides. Explain financing, protection plans, warranties, and ownership benefits. Introduce customers to Parts, Service, and MotorClothes to complete their ownership experience. Stay Connected Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests. Maintain relationships before and after the sale. Celebrate customer milestones and riding achievements. Ask for referrals and online reviews from happy customers. Support the Dealership Maintain an organized and attractive showroom. Stay current on Harley-Davidson products and promotions. Attend dealership events, rides, and community activities. Work closely with Finance, Parts, Service, and MotorClothes to provide a seamless customer experience.
