$52,000-$58,240 Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist, to support customers throughout the full RV ordering and delivery process. This position combines high-level customer service, order coordination, production tracking, payment follow-up, and vehicle documentation. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with customers making a significant purchase. Automotive, RV, dealership, or manufacturing experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the RV ordering, production, and delivery process. Build customer orders and assist with vehicle options, colors, features, and specifications. Provide regular production updates and answer customer questions regarding the status of their RV. Take and provide production photos to customers as their vehicle progresses through the manufacturing process. Track customer payment milestones and follow up on required payments. Maintain detailed order information using complex Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Complete MSO, titling, temporary license plate, VIN, warranty, and other vehicle-related documentation. Navigate multiple websites and online systems to process customer and vehicle information. Prepare documentation and final details for RV deliveries. Provide professional customer service by phone, email, and in person. Assist customers visiting the facility for sales, service, or vehicle delivery. Work closely with Sales, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments to obtain order updates and resolve customer questions. Assist with maintaining and improving systems used to track customer orders, payments, leads, and communications. Qualifications Strong Microsoft Excel skills required , including the ability to work confidently with formulas and complex spreadsheets. Previous customer service, order management, sales support, or customer account experience. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, payments, and customer requests simultaneously. Comfortable providing high-touch customer service and answering detailed questions. Ability to navigate multiple websites, applications, and systems throughout the day. RV, automotive, dealership, vehicle ordering, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Positive and professional personality with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. #
