Regional Representative Frontera Reps | Manufacturer's Representative Group Fort Wayne, IN Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $70,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Customer relationship building Territory sales English Client relationship development Business development Territory management Time management Full Job Description Territory-Based | Sales and Service| Northern U.S. Frontera Reps is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Regional Representative to lead and grow our presence across the North-Central U.S. region. Frontera represents multiple manufacturers in the compressed air and fluid handling industries. Our role is to support existing distribution and set up new distribution in order to increase sales within our territory. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building partnerships, developing new business, and driving measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
Increase sales for the manufacturers we represent in the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors Develop an understanding of equipment including air compressors, pumps, and related systems, and what makes our products superior to the competition Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities Travel regularly within the territory as required Represent Frontera with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills
Qualifications:
Fluent in English Strong relationship-building abilities Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently Excellent time management and strategic planning skills High level of accountability and personal integrity Willingness to travel frequently within the region Experience with compressed air and lubrication systems is a strong plus This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of results, and understands a long-term relationship-based sales model. Compensation will be composed of a base salary with commissions for sales within an assigned territory.
