Responsibilities The Position:
Morales Professional is offering a high-impact summer internship designed for individuals who want real exposure to business development, recruiting, and workforce solutions. You will be embedded directly into our sales and recruiting workflows, contributing to active client engagements and pipeline development. The program is structured, coached, and outcome-driven, with clear expectations, consistent feedback, and a final capstone presentation.
The Duties:
Sales & Business Development Exposure Shadow experienced sales leaders on client calls, prospecting outreach, and internal strategy sessions Learn and apply Sales 101 fundamentals (prospecting, messaging, objection handling). Support outbound efforts using platforms like LinkedIn Build target lists (by industry, geography, hiring patterns) Assist in mapping key contacts within organizations (e.g., HR, Operations, Talent leaders). Help identify market trends and competitor activity. Support initial outreach efforts and help route interested prospects to the sales team. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating systems and supporting new client setup in CRM/ATS platforms Recruiting & Talent Operations Assist with candidate sourcing and pipeline development Post jobs and manage applicant flow across platforms Enter and track candidates in Applicant Tracking Systems. Support administrative workflows that drive speed to fill and execution efficiency Connect candidates to job requisitions within the ATS for invoicing and billing Project Ownership & Capstone Own a defined project tied to pipeline growth, recruiting efficiency, or market expansion Participate in weekly check-ins and coaching sessions Deliver a final capstone presentation to leadership outlining: Your contributions Market insights Business impact
