Responsibilities:
Visit pre-qualified residential and commercial customers to assess water damage and restoration needs. Present custom solutions and close the deal with confidence. Work closely with our restoration pros to deliver seamless service and exceed customer expectations. Build strong client relationships, track interactions in CRM, and smash your sales goals. Proven success in outside sales, ideally within water restoration, plumbing, construction, or home services industries. You have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through in-person consultations, referrals, and strategic networking. Experience performing on-site inspections, preparing detailed estimates, and explaining restoration services to property owners or adjusters. Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, from first contact to project completion. You know how to educate clients on the restoration process, handle objections professionally, and maintain relationships that lead to repeat and referral business. A genuine customer-first attitude — you prioritize transparency, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information in a way homeowners and adjusters understand.

you remain calm under pressure, find creative solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction on every job. Ability to represent the company professionally in homes, businesses, and community networking events. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to hit and exceed sales targets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where performance is rewarded. Able to work independently in the field and manage your own schedule effectively.
