Individuals we hire receive training on the basics of construction, insurance, and the storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims. Inspecting and documenting homes for storm damage Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repairs and claims process Creating estimates and measuring home exteriors Marketing/lead generation for new prospects Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings Maintain company metrics for closing rates and profitability Qualifications to be a JB West Storm Sales Representative Ability to be self sufficient and generate a sales pipeline Minimum 2 years of roofing or exterior remodeling experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work mornings, evenings, and Saturday appointments Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and motivated to earn money Ability to climb a ladder to a roof You will be a great fit if: You love identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through prospecting, door-to-door cold calling, networking, and utilizing your sphere of influence.
