Job Description
Description We are seeking a tech-savvy, high-energy Automotive Internet Sales Consultant who will manage the entire sales cycle from initial digital contact to final vehicle delivery. Unlike traditional showroom roles or BDC appointment setters, you will own your leads . You will respond to incoming digital inquiries, build rapport online and over the phone, conduct vehicle presentations, negotiate numbers, and physically hand over the keys.
Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Sales:
Respond instantly to incoming web leads, emails, chats, and phone calls, guiding the customer through the entire buying journey.Video Presentations:
Create personalized walk-around videos of vehicles to send directly to digital prospects.On-Site Experience:
Meet your digital clients in the showroom when they arrive, facilitate the physical test drive, and finalize the paperwork.CRM Mastery:
Meticulously track and follow up with all leads using our CRM system to maximize conversion rates.Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience with a proven track record of handling internet leads or BDC-to-floor pipelines.Digital Communication:
Exceptional written (email/text) communication skills with a professional, persuasive phone presence.Tech-Savvy:
Fast typing skills and comfort navigating CRMs, inventory tools, and video-sharing platforms.Drive:
Self-motivated mindset with excellent time-management skills to balance active showroom clients and incoming digital leads.Credentials:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
