Job Description
One Beautiful Home® is looking for the voice of our company. Pay starts at $20/hour, plus $25 for every qualified appointment that runs, plus 2% of collected revenue on closed jobs you help create. Future team override opportunities may be available as the phone division grows. We are looking for real phone experience. If you have experience in real estate, solar, roofing, siding, insurance, call centers, collections, appointment setting, outbound calling, home improvement, or phone-based sales, this may be a strong fit. This position is different from calling for one product. One Beautiful Home® helps homeowners buy, renovate, repair, finance, and sell homes all in one place. A homeowner may need a bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, flooring, painting, repairs, pre-listing guidance, real estate services, or financing options when applicable. Your job is to start the conversation, identify the opportunity, and help connect the homeowner with the right next step. You will make outbound calls, follow up with leads, set qualified appointments, keep clean notes, and communicate appointment details clearly with the team. We are looking for someone confident, organized, competitive, consistent, coachable, and strong with people.
