Full-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports to customers and coordinates warehouse functions with customers' Production Control, Quality Control, Coil Stores and Stamping.
- Coordinates customer material quality issues with Steel Mill Technical Representatives and with customers' PC, QC and Stamping. Responsible for daily communication with customers and suppliers.
- Controls nonconforming products and returns of customer material for payment and disposition of coils.
- Responsible for day-to-day activities of each customer - ordering, production, delivery, quality.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports.
- Travels to customer and suppler facilities for meetings and tours.
- Negotiates pricing with customers.
- Develops quotations for management approval.
- Responsible for issuing and tracking of budget items as they relate to each specific customer.
- Provides input into quality matters relating to specific customers' accounts.
- Develops and maintains parts lists for related accounts.
- Monitors and controls inventory levels for related accounts.
- Provides information to operations concerning customer requirements.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or two years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Non-Rotational (Monday-Friday)
