Event Sales Coordinator

Villa Cesare, a full-service banquet hall in Schererville, is looking for a motivated and sales- driven professional to join our team in a full-time role supporting event sales and daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who understands hospitality, thrives on closing business, and can also execute events at a high level. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to all event inquiries (phone, email, in-person) Conduct site tours and actively sell weddings, corporate events, and private parties Follow up on leads and convert them into booked business Assist in planning and coordinating events from booking through execution Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless event flow Be on-site during events to oversee execution and guest experience What We're Looking For Strong sales ability — confident, persistent, and able to close Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Hospitality or event experience preferred Requirements Full-time position Must be available to work weekends Ability to be on-site for events and flexible with schedule Compensation $18/hour + commission on events booked High earning potential based on performance Why Villa Cesare You'll play a direct role in driving revenue while being part of memorable events.
