We specialize in a full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial, food processing, commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-fuel projects. Job Summary Havel is looking for a Salesperson responsible for HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts with commercial, industrial, educational and institutional clients in the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan area. #havel #shambaugh #LI-DF #LI-Onsite Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers, traveling regionally. Expand sales for existing contract customers Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers Converts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer's organization which may include the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agent Other duties assigned Qualifications Experience in sales and marketing. Knowledge of financial based sales. HVAC, Mechanical, and controls systems knowledge is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication. Knowledgeable in use of common computer and Microsoft programs/software. Excellent at Managing processes, Decision making, Process improvement, and Customer service. Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
