What You'll Be Doing Run company-provided leads, meet with homeowners, and educate them on Cox Roofing's services and solutions Generate new business through community outreach and self-sourcing efforts Conduct on-site roof inspections and guide homeowners through recommended solutions Present proposals and close deals with confidence Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high-quality experience Track leads, activity, and project updates in CRM systems Training & Growth We've built a system designed to develop strong sales professionals from the ground up. Work directly alongside experienced sales reps in the field Learn inspections, presentations, and closing techniques in real time Gain hands-on experience while building confidence and product knowledge Clear path for advancement as you develop and perform If you're new to the industry, you'll be learning by doing—side-by-side with top performers.
