Job Description

Appointment Setter (Inbound & Outbound Calls) Green Factor | Lawrence, KS Base pay + performance bonuses Strong performers can earn $50k-$65k+ Green Factor is hiring an Appointment Setter to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and book appointments for our home service teams. This is a fast-paced, high-volume phone role — not a front desk or receptionist position. We're looking for someone who can communicate confidently, stay organized under pressure, and help keep our schedule full. What You'll Do Handle 60-120+ calls per day (inbound + outbound) Convert incoming leads into booked appointments Follow up on web leads, missed calls, and unsold estimates Rehash prior opportunities and recover lost revenue Enter accurate notes and customer information into ServiceTitan Coordinate with operations to maintain a full schedule What Success Looks Like High booking rate on inbound and outbound opportunities Fast response times on new leads Consistent follow-up activity Clean, accurate CRM notes and scheduling Qualifications Comfortable being on the phone most of the day Strong communication and customer interaction skills Able to handle rejection and stay productive Organized and detail-oriented Experience in appointment setting, call center, customer service, or inside sales is preferred Home service experience is a plus (HVAC, roofing, insulation, etc.) Compensation & Growth Base pay starts at $18-$24/hr depending on experience Performance bonuses tied to results Strong performers can earn $50k-$65k+ Advancement opportunities with pay increases based on performance About Green Factor Green Factor provides insulation, HVAC, radon mitigation, and roofing services throughout the region. We're growing quickly and looking for dependable people who can handle pace, communicate well, and help drive results.
