Job Description

Sales Training Specialist - WHS - Lenexa, KS, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Local Candidates Only Pay range: $66,405+ per year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Spec, Commercial Training, responsible to drive sales growth by designing and executing training programs for the Workforce Health Solutions team. Partnering with WHS Sales Leadership to identify and address competency gaps for the entire Commercial team and collaborate to develop and support training for individual development plans. This role reports to the, Manager of Sales Training, and champions the overall sales training processes and programs. Responsible for everything from new hire onboarding to ongoing professional development, partnering closely with leadership to bridge skill gaps.
