Requirements:

Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within the HVAC or related industry. Strong sales skills with a track record of success in cold calling. Familiarity with Service Titan or similar CRM tools is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members Experience in retail or Home Service Sales is a plus but not required. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Core Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers through cold calling and inside sales techniques to generate leads. Assess customer needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions that meet their requirements. Utilize Service Titan to manage customer interactions and track sales progress effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
