This is not a desk job for someone who wants to hide behind emails all day. This role is built for someone who loves people, thrives in conversation, and gets energized by chasing opportunities and winning. The ideal candidate comes from a strong customer service, hospitality, sales, or relationship-based background and genuinely enjoys talking to people all day long. If you are competitive, financially motivated, fast-paced, and naturally persuasive, you'll fit right in. This position plays a major role in generating business opportunities, creating exceptional customer experiences, and helping drive growth for both the team and your own income potential.
Compensation Base salary range:
$45,000-$50,000 annually Performance-based bonus opportunities up to $20,000+ annually Growth-focused role with strong advancement potential for high performers Core Responsibilities Lead Management Qualify inbound buyer and seller leads while actively pursuing outbound opportunities Consistently follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and CRM systems Schedule qualified appointments for buyers agents and listing agents Stay relentlessly focused on finding the next conversation and opportunity Customer Communication Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals and needs Build trust and rapport quickly through confident, high-energy communication Present the value of the Urban Cool Homes experience to prospective clients Serve as a concierge-style point of contact throughout the client experience Pipeline Conversion Convert conversations into appointments and opportunities through strong communication and follow-up Handle objections confidently and professionally Maintain urgency and consistency while working toward conversion goals and performance metrics Operate with a results-driven mindset focused on growth and income potential Relationship Building Maintain accurate records and communication history within the CRM Deliver a high-level customer experience from first contact through closing Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals What the Role Looks Like You will spend a large portion of your day on the phone, working in our sales office, this is not a remote position High volume of calls, conversations, follow-up, and relationship building Fast-paced environment with strong accountability and high expectations Team-oriented culture with real opportunity for growth and advancement Performance-driven environment designed for highly motivated individuals Ideal for someone who enjoys competition, achievement, and income-based motivation Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong confidence on the phone and ability to build rapport quickly Customer service, hospitality, retail sales, or phone sales experience strongly preferred Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations naturally Highly motivated, coachable, and self-disciplined Strong work ethic with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, or HubSpot preferred Real estate experience is a plus, but not required Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Who You Are We're looking for someone who is: Competitive and motivated by success Energetic and outgoing Resilient under pressure Naturally conversational and relationship-driven Hungry for growth and opportunity Comfortable communicating all day long Organized and self-motivated Passionate about helping people Coachable and team-oriented Driven by performance and financial opportunity About Urban Cool Homes At Urban Cool Homes, we're in the business of helping people; we just happen to sell real estate.
