Job Description
Description Job Overview:
The candidate for this role will assist on projects as assigned by the Director of Treasury Management, Commercial Product Manager, Treasury Sales Team and Commercial Lenders. This role will manage full-service banking relationships with affluent customers of the bank. The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
+ Performing ongoing account reviews
+ Initiating account openings
+ Coordinating deliver of treasury contracts and scheduling onsite treasury product training
+ Attending assigned sales calls
+ Providing updates on assigned special projects
+ Coordinating troubleshooting for customers and employees Requirements for the position include:
+ Knowledge of treasury products and business credit cards
+ Interdepartmental collaboration experience
+ Professional level verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong customer service orientation
+ Organizational and supervisory proficiency
+ Ability to work flexible and/or late hours Preferred qualifications for this position include:
