Position Overview E-Town Marketing & Distributing is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. This is not a traditional executive assistant role. Rather than managing calendars, answering phones, or handling email, you'll partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, business development, financial and legal projects, compliance, and organizational growth. We're looking for a highly analytical, business-minded professional with experience in business development, finance, banking, tax strategy, legal environments, accounting, or corporate operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking, sound judgment, and confidentiality are essential. Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth. Research business opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships, and operational improvements. Support financial planning, business structuring, tax-related initiatives, and executive decision-making. Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, financial institutions, consultants, vendors, and government agencies. Manage permits, licenses, corporate filings, renewals, and regulatory compliance. Draft executive reports, contracts, policies, procedures, and confidential business documents. Lead and coordinate high-priority projects while ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved. Analyze business processes, identify risks, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and profitability. Handle confidential financial, legal, and business information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred. Experience in business development, banking, finance, accounting, tax, legal support, business consulting, or executive operations strongly preferred. Strong understanding of business operations, financial concepts, corporate structures, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects independently. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
