Job Overview:

The Finance & Sales Support Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert for the Company's consumer financing programs. This role will act as the liaison between Stor-Mor's dealers, our internal staff and finance vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert on the Company's finance programs. Train dealers/salespeople and internal staff on the consumer financing platforms and processes. Track leads generated by the financing companies and dealer/sales staff follow up. Assist in structuring evergreen and promotional lending programs with financing vendors. Develop best practices and standard procedures to ensure dealers and internal staff are compliant with applicable lending programs. Communicate effectively between customer, dealer, internal staff from start to finish Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Proficient in understanding and explaining consumer financing with at least 3 years' experience in sales and financing in high-volume retail. Experience in sales support or sales training a plus. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while working in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter, capable of working individually but also within a team atmosphere. Concise and effective verbal and written communicator. Extremely reliable and punctual. Familiar and comfortable with technology and able to learn quickly. High school diploma required.

Physical Requirements:

Employees in this position are required to be able to hear and have sufficient vision to utilize all office equipment. Use of hands and fingers is required to utilize standard office equipment. Requires occasional lifting up to 15 pounds. Prolonged periods of sitting, either while at a desk and working on a computer. These physical requirements are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
