Our showroom is where our neighbors come to find the perfect fireplace, gas logs, or grill to make their house feel like a home. The Role Are you a "people person" who loves helping others find exactly what they're looking for? We are seeking a Customer Service & Showroom Sales Representative to join our front-office team. In this role, you'll wear two hats: you are the friendly voice on the phone helping customers manage their propane needs, and the expert in the showroom helping families choose the fireplace of their dreams.

What You'll Do Showroom Sales:

Greet walk-in customers, demonstrate our fireplace and grill models, and help them select the best products for their homes.

Customer Support:

Answer incoming calls to schedule propane deliveries, set up service appointments, and answer billing questions.

Product Knowledge:

Become an expert on our hearth products, gas logs, and outdoor living equipment (we provide the training!).

Administrative:

Process payments, update customer accounts in our system, and coordinate with our service technicians and drivers.

Showroom Pride:

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and inviting for every guest.

What We're Looking For Experience:

2+ years in customer service or retail sales (experience in home improvement, appliances, or a similar trade-related field is a plus).

Communication:

A professional, warm phone presence and the ability to talk comfortably with customers in person.

Tech Savvy:

Ability to learn our scheduling and billing software; proficiency in basic email and computer tasks.

Multitasker:

Someone who can handle a ringing phone while keeping a smile for the customer standing in front of them.

Reliability:

A consistent team player who shows up ready to support our customers and the field team.

Compensation & Benefits Schedule:

Day Shift, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
