Duties Reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate new business opportunities. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing detailed product or service information and addressing customer needs effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and client details using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems. Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and resolving any issues through excellent customer support and problem-solving skills. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships. Manage data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all client information is current and correctly documented. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions to promote a positive company image. Experience Knowledge of General Construction and Concrete Construction tools and materials a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in other languages are highly desirable. Technical proficiency with computers, data entry, typing speed, and phone communication tools is essential. Experience in outbound calling, customer support, or cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory.
