Job Description

Ryson Roofing is looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our growing team as Outside Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and has a strong desire to succeed in a performance-based environment. You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding them through the roofing process from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Generate new business through prospecting and networking Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs Perform basic roof inspections (training provided) Educate customers on roofing solutions, insurance claims, and options Manage leads and follow up to close deals Maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
