Salary Range:
$60,000.00

Previous sales experience, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor. A genuine passion for automobiles and helping customers find the right vehicle. Ability to learn and explain complex product features and benefits clearly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the dealership, creating a welcoming first impression. Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for their next vehicle. Guide customers through our diverse inventory, highlighting features and benefits that align with their desires. Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds and exhilarating test drives. Assist customers with financing options and work with the finance department to finalize sales. Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction extends beyond the sale. Stay up-to-date on new models, features, and automotive industry trends.
