Murrill McDaniel Agency is looking for motivated, outgoing, and growth-minded individuals to join our team as benefits sales representatives. You'll work directly with individuals, families, and/or businesses to understand their needs and provide insurance and benefits solutions designed to help protect their financial futures. This is a hands-on sales opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with a team, and developing professionally in a local environment. Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required. We provide training and resources to help the right candidates develop the skills needed to succeed. Principal duties and responsibilities Client consultations
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals. Sales presentations
- Present and explain available insurance and benefits solutions. Relationship management
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers. Business development
