Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services while providing exceptional customer service Processing customer orders in a timely manner Checking availability of stock and shipping dates Quoting prices, fulfilling orders according to customer instructions and processing sales on accounting software Assisting Sales Manager by preparing prices and sourcing products Maintain a clean and organized work space Maintain attendance and punctuality as required by assigned work schedule and company standard

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates with knowledge of welding supplies and equipment, industrial MRO, industrial distribution, equipment rental and industrial gases will be given priority over other candidates. At least two (2) years of proven inside sales and/or customer service experience Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required

Schedule:

8-hour shift Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break Overtime available

Compensation:

Pay Starting $21.00 + per hour, depending on experience
