Sales Representative / Project Manager Cannon's Contracting is a premier, locally-owned roofing contractor proudly serving Monroe, West Monroe, and the greater North Louisiana area. We are growing rapidly and looking for highly motivated, energetic Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team. The Role As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company in the field. You will be responsible for generating leads, performing thorough roof inspections, educating homeowners on their options, and guiding them through the roof replacement or repair process. Whether dealing with retail sales or assisting with storm damage insurance claims, you will be the homeowner's trusted advisor from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities Generate Leads:

Prospect and canvas neighborhoods in the Monroe and Ouachita Parish areas to identify potential customers.

Perform Inspections:

Safely climb onto residential (and potentially commercial) roofs to assess wind, hail, or age-related damage.

Educate Customers:

Provide homeowners with clear, detailed presentations on roofing solutions, materials, and pricing.

Manage Claims:

Meet with insurance adjusters on-site to ensure all storm damage is properly documented and covered.

Close Sales:

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Project Oversight:

Maintain open communication with the customer and our production team to ensure a smooth installation process.

Qualifications & Requirements Physical Ability:

Must be entirely comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs of varying pitches.

Transportation:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (a truck capable of carrying a ladder is highly preferred).

Communication:

Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Drive:

Self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to hustle.

Experience:

Previous sales, roofing, or construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate! You do not need a sales background to be highly successful here.

Availability:

Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends when homeowners are available.
