Counter Sales Representative

As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Do take offs from plans and work directly with customers to meet required deadlines
• Stock/re-stock products to store shelves daily.
• Maintain appropriate conformance with company safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
