This is a critical role within the organization, ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in sales support, operations, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee key sales operations processes, including customer onboarding, promotional initiatives, pricing updates, and merchandising programs Maintain and update customer, account, and product data across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency Act as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, efficiently coordinating communication and routing requests as needed Coordinate customer, vendor, and product setup across internal databases and external platforms, including data syndication systems Support sales reporting and analytics by maintaining dashboards, generating recurring reports, and assisting with data analysis Track projects, workflows, and priorities using project management tools such as Trello Provide direction and task coordination for the Sales & Marketing Assistant Assist the sales team with day-to-day support activities including sample requests, presentation preparation, follow-ups, and administrative coordination Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related business operations role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and data management platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach Experience with project management software such as Trello is preferred Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills #RJADM45
