$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Job description: McGovern Automotive Group is growing, and we're looking for driven, high-energy Internet Sales agents to join our Client Experience Team in Arlington and surrounding areas. Earning Potential:
$70,000 to $100,000+
Job Type:
Full-time, in-person.
What You'll Do:
Handle incoming internet leads and inbound phone calls with professionalism and urgency Connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right next step through email, calls, text and video Consistently follow up to build relationships and create opportunities Stay focused on activity, performance goals, and delivering a great customer experience Contribute to a positive, team-first dealership environment
What We're Looking For:
Experience in automotive sales or BDC is a plus Strong communication skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Positive, confident, and high-energy presence Team player who wants to grow and win with the group High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening
