Duties Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budget, providing tailored vehicle recommendations. Manage the sales pipeline effetively to ensure timely follow-ups with potential buyers. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking vehicle availability and managing stock levels. Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed about trends and competitive offerings. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with prospects via phone or in person. Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, events, or new vehicle arrivals through various channels. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales, especially within a dealership environment focusing on high-end European cars. Strong outside sales skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent negotiation abilities combined with organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively. Experience with Sales CRM software and inventory management systems is essential for tracking sales activities and maintaining accurate records. Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to foster trust and rapport with clients. Knowledge of retail math and retail sales techniques to ensure accurate pricing strategies and profit margins. A strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment while maintaining ethical standards. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to drive Standard Shift. Must be available to work Saturdays.
