Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in answering phones and scheduling car service appointments. We are a busy Toyota store where the phone rings with customers trying to coordinate their service needs, we just have to guide them through the process. Steady hourly pay plus commissions on appointments paid weekly!
Duties:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Engage with customers in Spanish and English to promote services and products
  • Provide sales support by assisting customers with inquiries and upselling products
  • Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential clients
  • Maintain bilingual customer service standards
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients
  • Participate in public speaking engagements to promote the company's offerings
  • Maintain organizational systems to track leads and follow-ups
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience in sales support and customer service roles
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus!!
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
