Green Energy Mechanical is looking for a knowledgeable HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor who can accurately assess customer needs, design practical heating and cooling solutions, and provide an exceptional customer experience from the initial consultation through project handoff. We are looking for someone who understands the technical side of HVAC systems and can confidently evaluate each project with both the customer and installation team in mind. What You'll Do Meet with residential and light commercial customers to evaluate their heating and cooling needs. Recommend HVAC solutions that align with the customer's comfort goals and budget. Prepare accurate, professional proposals and equipment recommendations. Perform thorough site evaluations, considering: Equipment location and accessibility, Installation challenges and space limitations, Existing ductwork condition, Electrical service capacity and potential upgrades, Venting, refrigerant line routing, condensate drainage, and code requirements Ability to understand and educate customers on Mass Save® programs, rebates, financing options, and available incentives. Develop realistic project scopes and installation timelines. Coordinate with our warehouse and operations teams to ensure equipment availability and smooth project scheduling. Provide an outstanding customer experience from consultation through installation. Qualifications Residential HVAC sales experience a huge plus Knowledge of heat pumps, central air systems, furnaces, mini-splits, boilers, and related HVAC equipment. Knowledge of Mass Save programs and rebate processes. Ability to evaluate homes from an installer's perspective and identify potential project challenges. Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and computer skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Why Green Energy Mechanical?
