As New England's leading Marvin retailer and a Marvin Certified Installing Retailer, our team guides customers from product selection through installation—delivering a true turn-key replacement experience backed by over 85 years in business. We are looking for an Installed Sales Representative focused exclusively on homeowner replacement projects through our installation services division. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building trust, and helping customers make confident decisions for their homes. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations for window and door replacement projects Guide homeowners through Marvin product selections based on design goals, performance needs, and budget Prepare and present estimates and proposals Manage projects from initial consultation through signed contract and installation handoff Coordinate with internal installation, operations, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and showroom visits Maintain organized pipeline and customer communication through CRM systems Represent JB Sash professionally within customer homes and in the showroom environment Build trust with homeowners through product knowledge, communication, and attention to detail What We're Looking For Experience in in-home sales, remodeling sales, home improvement sales, or window & door sales preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilities Comfortable working with homeowners in both showroom and residential settings Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Construction or remodeling industry knowledge is a plus Experience with CRM systems preferred Why JB Sash Represent premium Marvin window and door products Work with a dedicated turn-key installation services team Established lead flow, marketing support, and showroom traffic Family-owned company with over 85 years of industry experience One of New England's leading Marvin dealers Opportunity to grow within an established and respected company Competitive compensation structure with salary + commission opportunities Benefits Competitive compensation package Health & dental insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid holidays and vacation time Ongoing product and sales training Supportive team environment focused on long-term success About JB Sash & Door JB Sash & Door has been helping homeowners, builders, and architects throughout New England for over 85 years.
