About The Role As an Yankee Home Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners to understand their needs and present customized solutions that improve their homes. This is a consultative sales role where you'll build trust, demonstrate product value, and guide customers through the decision-making process. Qualified appointments are scheduled for you, allowing you to focus on delivering a great customer experience and closing sales. Successful representatives are motivated, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where performance is rewarded. This is a full-time, W-2 position.
